You can use Insert Picture to make a single page a background picture. If you want to use a picture as a background for a document in Word 2013, you can do so easily with the new program. Your background image has now been changed. When you are finished, click the “OK” button.
Here you can change the brightness, contrast, and other settings for the image. The “Image Settings” dialogue box will appear.
